Adaptive Interfaces

Adaptive interfaces change their structure, content, or behaviour based on the user's context, expertise, preferences, or task state. For agentic systems, this means the interface might show simplified views for new users and detailed agent-activity logs for power users. It might foreground different tools based on what the agent predicts the user will need next. The design challenge is maintaining coherence — the user should feel like they're using the same product even as the interface adapts around them.
