About the Role

We're looking for an Agent Operator to deploy, manage, and improve agent systems in production.

This is one of the most important and emerging roles in the AI era.

You'll own:

You'll make sure agents don't just work — they deliver real value continuously.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor agent performance and outcomes
  • Analyze workflows and identify optimization opportunities
  • Tune prompts, context, and execution strategies
  • Define and track KPIs for agent success
  • Run evaluations after model or data changes
  • Identify failure patterns and improve system behavior
  • Work across teams to expand agent coverage

What You'll Work On

  • GTM and revenue agents
  • Customer support automation
  • Internal operations systems
  • Cross-team agent orchestration

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and operational thinking
  • Ability to understand and improve complex workflows
  • Comfort working with data, systems, and ambiguity
  • Technical curiosity (you don't need to be an engineer, but you should think like one)
  • Ownership mindset — you care about outcomes, not just outputs

Bonus Points

  • Experience in RevOps, Ops, or Growth roles
  • Experience with automation tools or AI systems
  • Experience working with data and performance metrics
