The Agentic Experience Center.
Three practices, one discipline. The center is where the auxfirst canon turns into engagements you can hire — API surfaces agents can use safely, product surfaces humans actually trust, and process designs that turn a workflow into a service a client signs off on.
Three pillars, one stack.
Each practice covers one layer of the agentic system — the API the agent uses, the product the human inhabits, the process the agent runs inside. Together they make an agent a service.
Agentic API Experience.
The schema, action layer, and consequence contracts that let an autonomous agent use your API safely. AX — the new DX. Where the agent meets your software, designed for the agent first.

The product layer the human inhabits — intent handshakes, confidence cues, escape hatches, memory in motion. AUX patterns instantiated as shipped product, not slide-ware.
Coming soon → 03 Pillar 03 · The workAgent Process Design.
The discipline of turning a workflow into a defensible agentic service — autonomy boundaries, escalation paths, audit trails, memory policies, and the named human who owns the outcome.
Enter the practice →The canon, made operable.
auxfirst publishes a lot. The manifesto, the principles, the ten heuristics, the four-stage trust architecture, the open-source TrustKit, the pattern catalogue. None of that is the service. The service is the artefact we ship into a team's repo, deck, brief, or SOP.
The Agentic Experience Center is where the canon becomes that artefact. Three practices, scoped against the three layers of the agentic stack. Each one starts as a Blueprint Sprint, can graduate into an Advisory Retainer, and produces deliverables a CTO, a CMO, or a holdco strategy lead can defend in a room.
If you've read the canon and want to commission the work, this is the door.
Start with the live practice.
Agent Process Design is open and accepting briefs. The other two practices launch as their first engagements close — follow the newsletter for the announcement, or talk to us if you want early access.
